Your Online Doctor aims to offer the patients an outstanding private platform where they can choose a consultant, book an appointment and meet experienced healthcare practitioners in a private virtual clinic using high-quality secure media. The above aim will be achieved through the careful selection of the consultants and healthcare practitioners on the Medipole platform to provide diverse high-quality medical advice that is available for more hours than traditional clinics. Medipole uses high-quality security measures to protect the privacy of the online clinic.  Medipole is a platform where patients and healthcare professionals can meet for an initial consultation, the second opinion, follow up or general advisory session. Medipole is an outstanding addition for overseas patients coming to the UK for high quality medical treatment as it allows them to choose a consultant and any associated procedures prior to their travel. It also provides the opportunity for a follow up when they travel back to their home country. Overseas patients are welcome to use the platform for different online consultations so long as there are the healthcare professionals to provide them. Medipole can provide an interpreter service if needed. Medipole’s first priority is patient satisfaction, which can be assessed using online reviews provided by the patients after their consultation. 

Agreement with Medipole

By booking your appointment, you enter into a contract to use Your Online Doctor Limited’s virtual clinic to meet your chosen healthcare professionals for the chosen appointment type. Please read the full terms and conditions on the legal page. Medipole is acting on behalf of the healthcare professionals to organize the appointments. The healthcare professionals set their own policies and fees.
